I stayed at this hotel during a Summit, so prices were high, but the room itself was spacious, well-lit, and had great temperature control and a nice desk. Unfortunately, the noise from the elevator trap every time it was used was quite bothersome.

I discovered a hidden gem in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms were a pleasant surprise once we changed to Room 04 on the Galleria floor and room 1007 on the 10th floor. They were not only comfortable and clean but also very spacious, equipped with a double bed, desk, armchairs & table, and a sofa-a real cozy retreat in the city. The service here was exceptional, with the hotel staff being super nice and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was a dream come true, right next to the Bus Terminal Campo Grande and with easy access to all main bus and subway lines for exploring Lisbon effortlessly. However, it's worth noting that the rooms facing the landing route of the aircrafts could be a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was adequate, and the Neapolitan pizza was a highlight. Overall, a great value for money experience.
